A dedicated campaign for a new service, a branch or your strongest season, with a goal and a closing report.

- ResultA launch with a goal, its own creatives and a closing report
- CadencePer launch
A launch only gets one first week. Spend it with ads still under review, an unmeasured landing page and an audience that has never heard of you, and there is no second opening day.
- You are opening a branch, launching a service or product, or heading into your biggest season, and it is still weeks away, not days
- Your launch plan is to raise the budget on the day and see what happens
- You have no list of interested people to notify the day you open
How we work
- 1PlanningWe set the goal, opening date and a backwards calendar: approvals, ad review, landing page and measurement, with buffer days.
- 2Pre-launchWe open the waitlist and teaser ads, and track sign-ups and interest to adjust the offer and the launch budget.
- 3WindowWe concentrate spend with scheduled budgets, notify the waitlist first and watch spend, delivery and ad rejections.

Humans + AI agents, led by a human.
Your Plugo team decides
A specialist sets the strategy, approves every piece and answers for the result.
- How long each phase runs and how much budget it gets. We work backwards from the goal: pre-launch buys audience and sign-ups, the window concentrates spend where interest already exists, and sustain steps down to your normal operating pace.
- How to load the budget without disrupting learning. On Google, campaign total budgets with fixed dates (3 to 90 days for Search, Shopping and Performance Max) and seasonality adjustments only for short 1 to 7 day peaks. On Meta, scheduled increases on top of the daily budget instead of manual edits.
- Which promotion to run and how to advertise it. Opening price, gift with purchase or early access for the waitlist, with terms and duration or quantity written in the ad. A raffle needs a prior permit from the authority, so it is rarely the fast option.
AI speeds it up
AI agents review your accounts every day, spot what changed and prepare the improvements.

Questions about Launch campaigns
Monthly or per project, with a scope of work (SOW) built around you.
How we build your scopeIt depends on what you are launching and whether you already have an audience. We work backwards from the opening date: piece approval by your team, ad review (Google advises submitting several days ahead when a date matters), a tested landing page and measurement, and pre-launch time to build the list. For a new branch, the Business Profile comes first, since Google shows it from 90 days before opening.
